OUR ROOMS
The living-rooms on the middle floor of each villa include satellite color TV sets with flat screens, DVD and CD players, radios, and open fireplaces.
The living-rooms on the lower floor of each villa do not have open fireplaces, but satellite color TV sets with flat screens, DVD and CD players, and radios.

All living-rooms and all bedrooms have separate air conditioning units which can be switched to heating mode during chilly nights or in the winter. All bedrooms have large built-in closets.
​
All balcony doors and all windows have modern aluminum frames and double glazing as well as sliding or roller shutters.
The furniture and the lamps have been selected most carefully and give the rooms a particularly homey feel.

The living and bedrooms are tenderly decorated with small and large paintings, wall plates, vases, jars with flowers, and bowls of glass and metal. This gives the impression that the houses have already been inhabited for many years.

The houses have solar water heating with auxiliary electric heating. Both water and electricity (also for the air conditioning units) are included in the rates. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.

Irons and boards are available as well. Room cleaning, as well as, change of sheets and towels twice per week.

Wireless internet access (ADSL/WiFi) is available all over the holiday villas site.
The kitchen equipment is modern and very comprehensive. It includes an electric range with 4 hot-plates, microwave ovens, and integrated refrigerators/freezers. The kitchens on the middle floors also have bake ovens and dishwashers. All kitchens are equipped with the following: pots and pans, plates and dishes, cutlery and glassware, refrigerators, deep freezers, electric range with 4 plates, microwave ovens, extractor fans, coffee- makers, electric kettles, egg boilers, electric juicer toasters.
There are also many good restaurants and tavernas in the area. One of the first buildings in the old village center on the left-hand side is Taverna Katerina (150 meters) which enjoys marvelous views of the coast and the Aegean Sea.

Supermarkets, various shops and restaurants for any taste and budget can be found everywhere along the bay. The nearest LIDL market with a rich choice of budget imported foodstuffs is located in the village of Tsesmes by the National Road (4km).
